CoderDojo Belgium is a non-profit movement that organizes free coding workshops in Belgium for kids aged 7 to 18 years. Dojo's are fully set-up and organized by volunteers.

Vision

As a regional body for Belgium we are the central platform that connects all Belgian CoderDojo stakeholders. We liaise between the (parent) CoderDojo Foundation in Ireland and the Dojo’s in Belgium as well as between the Belgian Dojo’s themselves. CoderDojo Belgium is also the unifying factor for third parties such as sponsors, partners or governmental organizations.

Mission

CoderDojo Belgium supports the community in Belgium by facilitating communication between the Dojo’s, providing the necessary framework for existing Dojo's, coordinating the set-up of new Dojo’s and promoting the growth of CoderDojo in Belgium in general. In this way CoderDojo Belgium ensures that CoderDojo has a maximum impact on Belgian society.
